Years of content. Searchable in days.
PipeFlo takes your podcasts, courses, coaching calls, and docs, then transcribes, organizes, and refines them into an AI knowledge base you approve line by line. Search it. Deploy agents on it. Take it to any LLM.
"...the objection is never the price, it's the certainty gap. Show them the exact path from where they are to the result and price stops being the conversation..."
The problem
Your best thinking is trapped in old files.
Every episode, training, and call you've ever recorded holds real IP. But it's scattered across a dozen platforms, unsearchable, and invisible to the AI tools you use every day.
"I said something great about this... somewhere."
You nailed the point in a keynote last year. Good luck finding it across 10 apps and 500 hours of recordings.
ChatGPT doesn't actually know you.
Uploading files one at a time scans the surface. It misses the nuance, the voice, the depth of your real body of work.
Doing this yourself is a second job.
Transcription, chunking, embeddings, vector databases, metadata. Most people quit before step two.
How it works
A refinery, not a chatbot.
Most tools blindly dump your files into an AI. PipeFlo runs everything through a seven-stage pipeline, so what comes out the other end is structured, tagged, and worth retrieving.
Ingest Pull content in from everywhere
Connect Google Drive, YouTube, Zoom, Gmail, Notion, Slack and more, or drag and drop files directly. Audio, video, PDFs, docs, spreadsheets, posts.
Organize AI categorization and tagging
Every file gets classified by brand, content type, and topic: podcast, course module, sales call, voice memo. Your archive becomes a filing system instead of a junk drawer.
Transcribe Audio and video become text
Deepgram-powered transcription with speaker detection. Text files skip straight through, so you never pay to process what's already readable.
Chunk Split by meaning, not at random
Transcripts split on speaker changes. Courses split on sections. Posts split on paragraphs. Context is preserved across every cut.
Review You approve what goes in
Every chunk lands in a review queue before it touches your knowledge base. Approve, edit, or reject. Or turn on auto-approve for sources you trust.
Embed Stored for retrieval by meaning
Approved chunks are embedded and stored in a vector database, so "revenue growth strategy" finds the clip where you said "scaling income." Millisecond lookups, powered by pgvector.
Deploy Search, agents, and API
Ask questions and get cited answers from your own words. Deploy scoped agents. Query everything through your personal API from any tool you use.
Why it's different
Nothing enters your AI's brain without your approval.
Other tools ingest blindly, so their answers mix your best material with your worst rambles. PipeFlo puts a human checkpoint between raw content and your knowledge base.
- Review queue by default. Approve, edit, or reject every chunk before it's embedded.
- Scoped access. Choose exactly which content each agent can see: by brand, by pillar, by visibility level.
- Multi-brand from day one. Run several brands or clients from one account, each with its own knowledge base.
- Costs shown up front. Every processing run gets a dollar estimate you confirm before anything is charged.
What you can do with it
One knowledge base. Four ways to use it.
Find anything you've ever said
Search your entire body of work by meaning, not keywords. Pull the exact quote from last year's keynote, the pricing breakdown from an old call, the story you told once and forgot. Every answer cites its source.
Generate brand assets
Voice guides, FAQ banks, sales guides, product sheets, content calendars. Built from your actual content, not generic filler.
Deploy agents that know your business
Spin up scoped AI agents from ready-made templates, each with its own API key and access rules.
Query it from anywhere
A personal REST API over your whole knowledge base. Wire it into Zapier, your app, your CRM, or any workflow you build.
Sources
Connects to where your content already lives.
Two honest tiers: sources PipeFlo syncs for you, and platform exports you drop in once. No fake integrations padding a logo wall.
Auto-sync
connect once, PipeFlo pulls content inImport your export
upload the export file, PipeFlo parses the restNo lock-in
Stop re-training every AI tool you switch to.
You spent months feeding context into ChatGPT. Switch tools and it's gone. PipeFlo keeps your knowledge in one portable place: your agents and API keys work from any tool that can make a web request, and your data leaves with you if you ever go.

Questions
Fair questions, straight answers.
Is my content private?
Yes. Your content is yours. It's stored in your own knowledge base, agents only see what you scope them to, and nothing you upload is used to train anyone else's models. Delete your data any time.
What does it actually cost to process my archive?
It depends on volume and format. Text documents skip transcription and cost very little. Audio and video are transcribed first. Before any run, PipeFlo shows you the exact dollar estimate and you confirm it. Nothing processes without your sign-off.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Connect a source, confirm the cost, approve your chunks, done. The technical machinery (transcription, chunking, embeddings, vector storage) runs under the hood. The API is there if you want it, not required.
Which AI tools can use my knowledge base?
Anything that can call a REST API: your own apps, Zapier, custom GPTs, agent frameworks, internal tools. Each deployed agent gets its own API key with scoped access to your content.
What file types work?
Audio (mp3, wav, m4a), video (mp4, mov), PDFs, Word docs, text files, spreadsheets, and content pulled directly from connected platforms like YouTube, Zoom, Gmail, and Notion.
Why I built this. I run two education companies and a podcast. Between courses, coaching calls, and recordings, my brands had over 1,400 files of real IP that nobody could search, including me.
Every tool I tried either skimmed the surface or wanted me to duct-tape a vector database together myself. So I built the pipeline I wanted: one that refines content instead of dumping it, shows me what it's doing, and lets me approve what my AI actually learns. My own companies' content goes through PipeFlo first. If it doesn't hold up for my archive, it doesn't ship.
